Hello!

Hi, thanks for visiting our page!  My name is Ashley Fletcher & I have the pleasure of owning Vintage.  In addition to running the salon, I fulfill my passion for this industry by working behind the chair as a colorist, stylist and extension specialist.  I opened up Vintage in February of 2015 with the goal to create an environment that not only inspired me but challenged me (and all the women who decided to take the ride with me) to be the absolute best.

With my future in mind and the constant need for self improvement I have branched out into other areas of the beauty industry to compliment my time behind the chair.  I became a certified Permanent Makeup Technician in August 2017 and in May 2018, I became certified as a Plasma Fibroblasting Technician.  I also honed in on my skills as an extension specialist and received my Master Certification with Babe Hair Extension Company in 2019 and my certification with Invisible Bead Extensions in 2021.  I currently offer 5 different types of extension methods.  Like many of my fellow artists, my top priority is to help people feel better about themselves all while rocking the #girlboss attitude.  By having an arsenal of certifications, I get to do just that.

You will often find my guests and I talking about life and having quite a few laughs in the process.  My goal is to make people feel at home when they walk into Vintage.  You'll be greeted with a smile and offered water, coffee, tea, mimosa, beer or wine to help you relax while being pampered.  My favorite thing to do behind the chair is blonding and extensions but I also have a passion for working with thick heads of hair.  I love educating myself on new techniques so I can stay on top of the latest trends for my clients.  Instagram is a huge platform for inspiration and I love seeing what my fellow hairstylists are up to.

Last, but certainly not least, my family is the reason I work so incredibly hard.  I strive to create a life that they're proud of.  My husband and I have a small farm outside of the Tri-Cities where we call home.  We welcomed our son, Dax, into this world in 2016 and our daughter, Willa, in 2020 (no, she wasn't a COVID baby. Haha!).  It is so important to us to show our children what hard work and dedication looks like.  They will no doubt be involved in the salon and our family farm throughout their lives.

If you think I would be a good fit for you, click here to book an appointment!  I'm excited to meet you and help you reach your #hairgoals!

xoxo, Ashley
