We ask that you please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation/rescheduling fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment(s). All services booked online require a valid credit card number and 20% deposit to secure an appointment.
All no-show appointments will be charged a 50% of service no-show fee (amount based on what your scheduled service was for) for the first no-show and will not be able to book online for future appointments. Multiple no-shows will cause a rejection of any further appointments at Vintage and will result in a 100% of service fee.
We operate a service based business. When we get a late cancellation or no-show, we have difficulty filling that space and can make it difficult to run a profitable business.

We strive to provide a relaxing environment for them as well as a distraction-free environment for our team, so we can deliver the most exceptional service for our guests. For these reasons, we do not allow children who are not receiving their own unique service in our salon. Please arrange alternative childcare for them prior to your appointment. Please give us plenty of notice if you cannot find arrangements for them prior to your appointment and we will get your service(s) rescheduled for a time that will allow you to come relax, distraction-free.
